Permanent role Location- Noida/Bengaluru (Hybrid) Work Timing - UK Shift Job Requirement Experience range- 3-4 Years of experience in Presales and Inside Sales activities. Excellent communication skills Knowledge or experience on Google Cloud (GCP) Have experience in US and UK market. Key Responsibilities: Understand Customer Needs: Collaborate with the sales team to comprehend customer requirements and objectives, gathering detailed information about their technical environment and challenges. Solution Analysis and Design: Analyse existing technical architecture, develop customized solutions using relevant products, and create technical proposals. Technical Presentations and Demonstrations: Deliver persuasive presentations, conduct product demos, and address client inquiries. Presales Support: Collaborate with the sales team on strategies and tactics, support contract negotiations, and provide technical expertise. Knowledge Sharing and Training: Share insights with the sales team and provide training on product offerings. Market Analysis: Conduct research to identify potential opportunities and challenges and contribute to the development of sales strategies. Relationship Building: Build and maintain relationships with customers to foster trust and collaboration Proposal Preparation: Assisting in the preparation of proposals and quotations. Project Management: Planning, organizing, and managing projects related to sales proposals and solutions. Communication and Collaboration: Acting as a liaison between the sales and technical teams.
