Job Description

As an HR professional, your role will involve managing various aspects of employee lifecycle including onboarding, induction, employee connects, exit management, employee events & activities, proficiency in excel and MIS management, and data analytics and presentation. Key Responsibilities: - Employee Onboarding - You will be responsible for handling preboarding documentation and managing the end-to-end onboarding process for new joiners. - Induction - Taking ownership of the induction process for new joiners, coordinating sessions, and conducting Talent sessions. - Employee Connects - Addressing employees' grievances and queries through one-on-one connects, focused group discussions, and Leadership connect initiatives. - Exit Management - Managing the entire exit process, from initiation to documentation, and supporting employees for a smooth exit transition. - Employee Events & Activities - Ideating, planning, and implementing engaging employee events and activities both virtually and in office premises. - Proficiency in Excel and MIS Management - Generating and maintaining reports as per the requirement using Excel and MIS tools. Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in Excel and MIS management is a must. - Experience in data analytics and presentation (PPT) related to the employee life cycle, including Performance management, Learning and Development.
