Talent Management Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

1. Critical Role and Successor Identification

• Map critical/strategic roles across functions and business units
• Identify and track high-potential employees for succession pipelines
• Maintain successor readiness and track developmental actions

2. Organizational Capacity and Skill Development

• Collaboration with Government Bodies and Implementation of Training for current workforce
• Conduct current capacity and talent pool analysis
• Assist in creation of future-ready org structures to meet growth needs

3. Talent Retention and Risk Management

• Support design and monitoring of retention action plans
• Collaborate with HRBPs to monitor talent experience touchpoints

4. Talent Analytics and Governance

• Maintain talent dashboards and succession/retention trackers
• Provide analytics on talent stability, readiness, and capability gaps

5. Coordination and Stakeholder Management

• Work closely with business HR and function heads for talent inputs
• Ensure adherence to governance timelines and data accuracy

• Understanding of succession planning, competency models, and talent retention strategies
• Good analytical and research skills
• Strong Excel & PowerPoint skills
• Excellent stakeholder management & communication abilities
• Attention to detail, confidentiality, and structured working approach
