This is a pivotal role that combines deep strategic consulting expertise with a proactive approach to identifying, securing, and growing new business opportunities. The successful candidate will not only deliver high-impact consulting engagements but will also be directly responsible for revenue generation, client acquisition, and the overall financial performance of their assigned portfolio or practice area. You will be instrumental in shaping our market presence, expanding our client base, and ensuring the profitability and sustainability of our consul ting services. Key Responsibilities: Client Success Management (25%) • Lead and manage complex consul ng engagements from inception to completion, ensuring high-quality deliverables and client satisfaction. • Develop and implement strategic recommendations for clients, leveraging Normality Technologies' solutions to address critical business challenges (e.g., digital transformation, operational efficiency, market entry, organizational design). • Conduct in-depth analyses, market research, and stakeholder interviews to diagnose issues and formulate actionable strategies. • Facilitate workshops, presentations, and executive-level discussions to gain consensus and drive project momentum. • Mentor and guide junior consultants, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous learning. Business Development & Sales (55%) • P&L Ownership: Directly responsible for achieving revenue targets, managing sales pipelines, and contributing significantly to the overall profitability of the consul ng practice. • Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities within target industries and client segments, aligning with Normality Technologies' strategic growth objectives. • Develop and nurture strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs and positioning Normality Technologies' unique value proposition. • Lead the end-to-end sales process, including proposal development, contract negotiation, and closing deals. • Collaborate with product teams to refine service offerings and go-to-market strategies. • Represent Normality Technologies at industry events, conferences, and networking functions to enhance brand visibility and generate leads. P&L Management & Strategic Growth (20%) • Monitor and analyze key financial metrics (revenue, costs, margins) for assigned projects and the overall consul ng portfolio. • Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation to optimize profitability and operational efficiency. • Identify opportunities for service line expansion, new market penetration, and strategic partnerships to drive long-term revenue growth. • Contribute to the annual strategic planning process, providing insights on market trends, competitive landscape, and growth opportunities. • Implement best practices for project profitability, cost control, and efficient resource utilization. Qualifications • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. • 15 years of progressive experience in management consulting, with a demonstrable track record in business development and direct P&L responsibility. • Proven ability to generate and close new business, consistently mee ng or exceeding revenue targets. • Strong understanding of P&L statements, financial forecasting, and budget management. • Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills. • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and build rapport with senior executives. • Demonstrated experience leading and delivering complex projects in a client-facing environment. • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and target-driven environment.
