We’re looking for a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist who is passionate about hiring excellence, data-driven recruiting, and employer branding. In this role, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end hiring, managing recruitment analytics, optimising ATS processes, and enhancing our employer brand to attract top talent. You’ll work closely with leaders to build high-performing teams and deliver a seamless, inclusive candidate experience.


Key Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end recruitment cycle for business and technical roles, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to define hiring needs, craft role requirements, and develop effective sourcing strategies.
  • Create and maintain job descriptions and outreach communication aligned with Raise’s brand voice and EVP (Employer Value Proposition).
  • Source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, networks, consultants, and direct headhunting.
  • Conduct candidate assessments for both technical capabilities and cultural fit, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience.
  • Manage and optimize the ATS (Applicant Tracking System), ensuring accurate pipeline tracking and candidate movement.
  • Own and track key recruitment metrics (e.g., time to fill, source effectiveness, conversion ratios), generating insights to drive efficiency.
  • Partner with internal stakeholders to build and execute employer branding initiatives, including social media campaigns, talent campaigns, employee advocacy, and campus engagement to enhance talent attraction.
  • Continuously improve hiring workflows and contribute to strategic projects in TA and HR.


What We’re Looking For

  • Postgraduate degree in Human Resources or related field (preferred).
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, ideally in a fast-paced or a startup.
  • Strong track record of hiring across multiple functions - product, engineering, design, business, and data.
  • Experience working with ATS tools, sourcing platforms, and recruitment dashboards or analytics tools.
  • Strategic mindset with strong data orientation, comfortable drawing insights from hiring data.
  • Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and roles.
  • Passionate about employer branding and building talent pipelines through brand storytelling and engagement.
  • Proactive, high-ownership mindset with a bias for action in a dynamic setup.
