Job Summary :-
We are looking for a motivated Talent Acquisition Specialist with 3 4 years of experience in IT recruitment, particularly in ERP platform hiring (ServiceNow, SAP, Salesforce). This role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from sourcing strategies to onboarding ensuring that we attract and retain the best talent for our growing IT and ERP practices.
Key Responsibilities :-
  • Post job descriptions across relevant portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.) to attract qualified talent.
  • Develop and execute recruitment strategies aligned with business needs.
  • Plan, coordinate, and manage walk-in recruitment drives for IT and ERP roles.
  • Source, screen, and evaluate candidates, ensuring quality shortlists for technical and functional positions.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring panels.
  • Maintain trackers, dashboards, and MIS reports for recruitment progress.
  • Build and sustain strong relationships with candidates throughout the hiring journey.
  • Engage with potential candidates via social media, professional groups, and networking events.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to design recruitment-focused campaigns and posts.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics such as time-to-hire and cost-per-hire.
  • Conduct regular feedback sessions with hiring managers to refine recruitment effectiveness.
  • Maintain a pipeline of ERP and IT talent to ensure readiness for future hiring needs.
  • Research and leverage new sourcing channels for niche skill sets.
  • Ensure timely closure of open positions within defined SLA/TAT.
  • Support candidates through a smooth onboarding process.
Requirements :-
  • 3 4 years of proven experience in IT recruitment.
  • Hands-on expertise in ERP hiring (ServiceNow, SAP, Salesforce).
  • Strong communication skills both oral and written.
  • Ability to work independently with a results-oriented approach.
  • High attention to detail and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, collaborative attitude.
