Job Summary :-

We are looking for a dynamic HR Business Partner / Generalist with proven expertise across Performance Management, Employee Engagement, Compliance, Grievance Handling, Payroll, Recruitment, and HR Technology (HRIS & ATS). In this role, you will play a key part in building and optimizing people processes for an IT-focused environment, ensuring employees thrive while aligning HR practices with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :-

Partner with leadership to design and implement effective Performance Management Systems (PMS) that drive growth and development.
Build and execute employee engagement programs that enhance satisfaction and productivity.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, regulations, and company policies; manage grievances and maintain healthy employee relations.
Manage payroll processes with accuracy, timeliness, and compliance.
Lead end-to-end recruitment for IT and technical roles using HRIS and ATS tools.
Maintain and optimize HRIS & ATS platforms, ensuring data accuracy and seamless processes.
Track and analyze HR metrics, offering insights to support continuous improvement and innovation.

Requirements :-

Bachelor s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (Master s/HR certifications are a plus).
3 4 years of experience as an HR Business Partner/Generalist in the IT or tech industry.
Hands-on expertise in PMS, employee engagement, compliance, payroll, recruitment, and HR tech systems.
Strong knowledge of HR principles, best practices, and employment laws.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for collaboration across teams.
Analytical mindset with the ability to use data for HR decision-making.
Capable of independently managing HR projects in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
