Job Description

A. Recruitment & Onboarding

  • Manage end-to-end hiring for corporate, store, and factory-related roles.
  • Coordinate job postings, screening, interviewing, and offer rollouts.
  • Plan and execute employee onboarding & orientation.
  • Maintain hiring trackers & MIS.

B. HR Operations

  • Maintain employee records, HRMS entries, ID cards, letters, and documentation.
  • Attendance & leave management (integration with biometric, sheets, or software).
  • Manage employee queries regarding salary, leave, policies, etc.
  • Handle Exit Process: resignation, F&F, clearance, experience letters.

C. Payroll Coordination

  • Compile attendance, overtime, deductions, and variable pay details.
  • Collaborate with Accounts/HR team for monthly payroll processing.
  • Manage statutory documentation for PF, ESIC, PT (support function).

D. Compliance & Policy Management

  • Ensure HR policies are followed across locations.
  • Draft new policies, update SOPs, and ensure documentation discipline.
  • Collaborate with compliance team for audits & statutory filings.

E. Employee Engagement

  • Drive employee activities, motivation programs, celebrations.
  • Manage grievance handling with sensitivity and confidentiality.
  • Conduct skip-level and pulse-check meetings.

F. Performance Management

  • Assist in setting KRAs/KPIs.
  • Track performance review cycles and maintain documentation.
  • Identify training needs and coordinate training sessions.

G. Administration Coordination

  • Oversee office admin tasks: housekeeping, vendors, supplies, travel bookings.
  • Manage asset allocation: laptops, stationery, SIM cards, etc.
  • Support factory HR team with coordination tasks.

3. Skills & Competencies

  • Strong communication (English, Hindi, Marathi preferred).
  • Excellent understanding of HR operations & labour laws.
  • Recruitment expertise for multi-level roles (sales, retail, admin, factory).
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Google Workspace.
  • Problem-solving, people management, and decision-making skills.
  • High ownership and confidentiality.

4. Experience & Qualification

  • Education:

    MBA in HR / PGDM HR / BMS (HR).
  • Experience:

    37 years in HR operations, ideally in manufacturing/retail/e-commerce.
  • Experience handling multi-location teams is a plus.

5. Salary Range (Mumbai Market Standard)

Typical salary ranges (can adjust based on your budget):

  • Mid-level:

    4.5 – 7.5 LPA
  • Senior HR Manager:

    8 – 12 LPA
