We are seeking a dynamic and experienced HR Manager to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in plant HR roles and end-to-end recruitment processes for the roles of blue collar employees. The HR Manager will be responsible for managing various HR functions, ensuring compliance, and driving initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention. Key Responsibilities (KRA): ● Plant HR Management: Oversee the HR functions for the plant, including employee relations, performance management, policy enforcement, and compliance with labor laws. ● End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding, ensuring timely placement of suitable candidates for various plant roles. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Proven experience as a recruiter or talent acquisition specialist, preferably in manufacturing or industrial sectors. Familiarity with production roles such as steel fitting, welding, and general labor is highly desirable. Strong sourcing and networking skills, with the ability to identify and engage with qualified candidates. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation abilities. Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency in recruitment processes. Proficiency in using recruitment software, applicant tracking systems, and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously. Understanding of relevant labor laws, regulations, and compliance requirements. Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs ● Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing queries, resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive work environment. ● Training and Development: Identify training needs and organize programs to enhance employees' skills and productivity. ● Payroll and Benefits Administration: Manage payroll processing, attendance, leave management, and other employee benefits in compliance with company policies. ● Performance Management: Support performance review processes, ensuring objective setting, feedback, and performance appraisals are conducted effectively. ● Compliance and Reporting: Ensure adherence to labor laws, factory regulations, and other statutory requirements. ● Employee Engagement: Foster a motivated and productive workforce by initiating employee engagement activities, surveys, and feedback mechanisms.
