Human Resource Manager

As we continue to grow and expand our operations in Bengaluru, we are seeking a talented and proactive Recruiter to join our team and play a key role in sourcing, recruiting, and retaining skilled individuals for our production unit.

Key Responsibilities:

Plant HR Management: Oversee the HR functions for the plant, including employee
relations, performance management, policy enforcement, and compliance with laborlaws. End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcingcandidates to onboarding, ensuring timely placement of suitable candidates for variousplant roles. Employee Relations: Act as a point of contact for employees, addressing queries,resolving conflicts, and promoting a positive work environment. Training and Development: Identify training needs and organize programs toenhance employees' skills and productivity. Payroll and Benefits Administration: Manage payroll processing, attendance, leavemanagement, and other employee benefits in compliance with company policies. Performance Management: Support performance review processes, ensuringobjective setting, feedback, and performance appraisals are conducted effectively.

• Compliance and Reporting: Ensure adherence to labor laws, factory regulations, and
  other statutory requirements.
• Employee Engagement: Foster a motivated and productive workforce by initiating
  employee engagement activities, surveys, and feedback mechanisms.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Education: Any Graduate. HR specialization is preferred.
• Experience: Minimum of 4 years of experience in HR, specifically in plant HR rolesand recruitment.

  Skills:

  Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and recruitmentstrategies. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. Familiarity with HR software and systems. The person should have prior experience with recruiting blue collar jobs likefitters, welders, electricians, drivers , tailors etc.
