Business Administrator

Role & responsibilities

• Oversee daily administrative and operational functions of the company.
  
• Coordinate between production, design, sales, purchase, and site installation teams to ensure project timelines and deliverables are met.
  
• Prepare and maintain project documentation including quotations, work orders, material requisitions, and invoices.
  
• Support management in planning, budgeting, and tracking financial performance of projects.
  
• Handle procurement follow-ups, vendor communication, and logistics coordination for material dispatch and site delivery.
  
• Maintain company records, contracts, client communications, and ensure documentation accuracy.
  
• Prepare management reports such as production schedules, project status updates, and cost summaries.
  
• Assist in HR and administrative functions including attendance, payroll coordination, and employee documentation.
  
• Monitor stock and coordinate with stores for raw material availability and inventory control.
  
• Support customer service by addressing queries and ensuring project satisfaction.
  

Ensure compliance with company policies, statutory regulations, and safety standards.

Preferred candidate profile with:

• Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field (MBA preferred).
  
• 2–3 years of experience in business administration or operations, preferably in a manufacturing or construction/project-based company.
  
• Experience in the tent, tensile, or fabrication industry will be an added advantage
