Role Overview: You are being hired as a high-impact HR Manager to fully own HR operations at BlitzenX, from the hiring process to employee exits. This is a crucial leadership role that reports directly to the COO, not a mere support or coordination position. Your primary responsibility will be to create a high-trust, high-performance environment that aligns all employees with BlitzenX's ambitious growth objectives. We are seeking a strategic executor and cultural enforcer who can lead independently without needing constant guidance. Key Responsibilities: - Build and establish scalable HR processes and policies that drive performance, accountability, and cultural alignment. - Act as a direct advisor to the COO, offering strategic guidance while executing with speed and precision. - Ensure 100% compliance with Indian labor laws and effectively manage risk and governance. - Forecast manpower requirements in line with the goal of expanding the team to over 2,500 members by 2030 and achieve aggressive hiring targets. - Foster a culture of performance, ownership, and meritocracy across all departments. - Oversee HR technology platforms, promoting automation and ensuring data accuracy throughout systems. - Proactively resolve issues, handle grievances, and maintain a legally compliant and emotionally intelligent workplace. - Provide transparent, action-oriented reports, dashboards, and people analytics to the leadership team regularly. Minimum Qualifications: - 8+ years of progressive experience covering the entire spectrum of HR operations in a growing or fast-paced corporate setting. - Demonstrated ability to manage complex HR environments with minimal supervision. - Thorough understanding of Indian labor laws, compliance frameworks, and best practices. - Proficiency in utilizing modern HR platforms such as Zoho People, Darwinbox, SAP SuccessFactors, etc. - Strong written and verbal communication skills, along with the capability to manage executive-level stakeholders effectively. - Proven track record of building and scaling HR systems that facilitate growth without unnecessary bureaucracy.
