We're not your average corporate setup—we operate lean, move fast, and expect everyone to own their scope like a founder . This is not an HR coordinator role. We're hiring a self-propelled HR Executive —a task driver and execution owner who will manage pre-onboarding pipelines, handle statutory compliance end-to-end, and run HR Ops without needing daily nudges or direction. Role Mandate You will be the single owner for end-to-end delivery of: Candidate pre-boarding pipeline (especially 60–90 day notice periods) HR operations Documentation Compliance Coordination across internal stakeholders You will not be micromanaged. You are expected to define, drive, and deliver. Key Responsibilities Pre-Onboarding Ownership - Take charge of post-offer candidates with long notice periods—own it from Day 0 to Day 1. Build and maintain a high-visibility pre-joining tracker. No follow-ups from leadership required. Conduct weekly structured engagement with each pending joiner—calls, updates, reminders, red flags. Act fast if a candidate is at risk of backing out—escalate early, not late. Onboarding & Lifecycle Execution - Plan and execute Day 1 onboarding independently: documents, tools, orientation. Run confirmation, promotion, exit workflows with zero lag or dependency. Update HRMS in real time—no lags, no manual patchwork. Compliance & Governance Manage EPF, ESI, PT, Shops & Establishments, Gratuity, Maternity, Bonus, and Labor Codes. Own documentation and audits. Coordinate with vendors but drive the outcome yourself. Track and close legal checklists monthly—no spillovers. Payroll, Attendance & Ops Push monthly cutoffs. Get payroll inputs on time. Validate LOPs, leaves, OT, and reimbursements. Raise flags early, not after processing. Manage employee letters, address proof, and verifications without follow-up. Internal Stakeholder Coordination (5%) Work with delivery, IT, admin, and finance—you close loops, not just pass messages. Own handovers between HR stages—no drop-offs, no confusion. You’re a Fit If You... Hate being spoon-fed. You want autonomy, and you prove you can handle it. Operate on checklists and dashboards, not feelings or guesswork. Know Indian labor law and use it, not just quote it. Never forget a follow-up. You drive tasks to closure with speed and precision. Value sharp communication—written, verbal, upward, downward. Must-Have Skills 2–4 years of hardcore HR ops experience (not just coordination). Solid understanding of Indian labor law and compliance. Own experience managing pre-joining candidates during long notice cycles. Excel (formulas, pivots), HRMS, and documentation workflows. MBA/PGDM in HR. Fluent in English (Telugu or Hindi is a plus).
