We have started with our first step by launching Investment & Trading platform – Dhan (www.dhan.co) As a Talent Acquisition Partner at Raise, you will manage a hands-on role focused on identifying, engaging, and hiring top talent across all functions i.e business and technical functions. You’ll work closely with Leadership and key stakeholders to hire talented resources to build scalable, high-performing teams. You’ll be owning the talent hiring processes right from making jds, amplifying open roles using hiring platforms, conducting functional assessment alongside interviews, offer negotiations and onboardings, while ensuring alignment with company goals and values. Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and manage end-to-end recruitment across business and technical functions, from attracting talent, sourcing, offer roll-out to onboarding.Build strong talent pipelines by leveraging diverse sourcing, employee referrals, networking, and employer branding.Craft compelling job descriptions and messaging that reflect our tone, values, and the unique contribution of each role.Conduct screening and interviews to assess both skill and culture fit, ensuring a pleasing and inclusive hiring experience.Improve offer-to-join ratios, reduce time-to-hire, and maintain strong candidate relationships pre- and post-joining.Maintain and optimize the internal talent database and hiring dashboards for visibility and future hiring needs.Support initiatives in employer branding, campus hiring, and onboarding improvements. Expected Skills:Post graduation in HR or related field would be a plus.2-4 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruiting roles, preferably in high-growth startups or fintech companies.Hands-on hiring across product, tech, growth, design, data, etc.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.Familiarity with ATS tools and recruitment analytics.A strong sense of ownership, urgency, and adaptability in a dynamic startup environment.
