Qualifications Required: - 7 years of hands-on recruiting experience, especially in the manufacturing/engineering sector. - Proven ability to hire for engineering and manufacturing roles. - Masters degree with strong initiative and independence. - Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills. - Proficiency in ATS and digital sourcing platforms. - Adaptability during organizational transitions and a passion for building diverse, high-performing teams.
