Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Partner located in Pune. The Talent Acquisition Partner will handle the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates. Additional responsibilities include fostering strong communication with stakeholders, building an effective employer brand, and ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for new hires.

Qualifications

• Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Hiring skills
• Strong Communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders
• Experience in Recruiting and Employer Branding initiatives
• Organizational and time-management skills
• Proficiency in recruitment tools and platforms
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Relevant experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in construction or related industries (preferred but not mandatory)
