Amplifai is seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us attract top talent. we believe our people are our greatest strength. We are committed to building a high-performing, diverse, and collaborative workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

· Independently manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles (Software Engineers, Frontend/Backend Developers, Sr. Developers, Architects , DevOps etc.).

· Partner directly with hiring managers to define role requirements and create effective hiring strategies.

· Source and engage candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, GitHub, referrals, and other technical platforms.

· Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to evaluate technical and cultural fit.

· Manage candidate pipelines and ensure a seamless recruitment experience.

· Track recruitment metrics and continuously improve sourcing strategies.

· Represent the company’s brand and culture to potential candidates.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (preferred).

· 4+ years of proven experience in technical talent acquisition (engineering/IT/technology roles).

· Strong knowledge of sourcing tools, Boolean search, and applicant tracking systems (ATS).

· Ability to work independently as an individual contributor while managing multiple roles.

· Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.

· Passion for technology and understanding of technical skills/terminologies.

Job Type: Contractual / Temporary
Contract length: 2 months

Pay: ₹50,000.00 per month
