Role & responsibilities

  • 2 - 5 years of experience in a recruitment role.

  • Proven experience hiring for

    corporate-level positions

    (mid to senior roles).

  • Strong expertise in

    hiring digital marketing professionals

    (SEO, PPC, Social Media, Performance Marketing, etc.).

  • Exposure to

    international recruitment

    will be an advantage.

  • Proficient in using

    ATS platforms

    and sourcing talent via LinkedIn and other job portals.

  • Results-driven, ambitious, and able to take ownership of tasks and projects.

  • Strong problem-solving ability and innovative approach to sourcing.

  • Excellent standard of English with strong written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong stakeholder management and team collaboration abilities.

  • Time management, organization skills, and ability to excel under pressure are essential.

  • A good standard of education, with proven achievements in recruitment.

Preferred candidate profile

  • Experience:

    2 - 5 years in end-to-end recruitment, with proven success in

    corporate-level hiring

    and

    digital marketing roles.

  • Industry Exposure:

    Prior experience in

    e-commerce, digital marketing agencies, or IT/tech companies

    will be an advantage.

  • Recruitment Expertise:

    Skilled in sourcing through

    LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS systems, job portals, and direct headhunting.

  • Digital Hiring Focus:

    Hands-on experience hiring for roles like

    SEO Specialist, PPC Manager, Performance Marketing Analyst, Social Media Manager, and Digital Strategist.

  • International Recruitment:

    Exposure to

    global hiring processes

    (UK, EU, or other regions) preferred.

  • Stakeholder Management:

    Ability to work closely with business heads and hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver results.

  • Soft Skills:

    Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving abilities; must be

    results-driven and self-motivated.

  • Mindset:

    Professional, adaptable, and able to

    excel in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
