Job Description Senior Graphic Designer Experience: 1-4 Years Key Responsibilities Lead the conceptualization and execution of high-impact design projects including marketing campaigns, product launches, brand visuals, packaging, digital ads, and social media graphics. Collaborate with creative, marketing, and product teams to ensure designs are aligned with brand guidelines and objectives. Maintain and evolve the visual identity of the brand while ensuring consistency across all channels. Provide creative direction, feedback, and mentorship to junior designers. Manage multiple design projects with strong attention to detail, meeting deadlines and maintaining quality. Stay up to date with industry trends, tools, and technologies to bring fresh ideas and innovative design solutions. Prepare final designs for print and digital use, ensuring all assets are optimized and delivered in appropriate formats. Participate in brainstorming and strategy sessions to contribute creative ideas and solutions. Required Skills and Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field. 4 6+ years of professional graphic design experience, preferably in a fast-paced environment or agency. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects is a plus). Strong portfolio showcasing a range of creative work across digital and print media. Excellent visual, typographic, and layout skills. Strong understanding of branding, user experience, and digital marketing principles. Ability to take creative direction and constructive feedback positively. Strong project and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. A keen eye for detail and a passion for design excellence. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in Graphic Design, UI/UX, or video editing is a plus.
