Create hands-on lab exercises, case studies, and simulations to reinforce theoretical concepts and provide practical experience to participants. Training Delivery: Deliver engaging and interactive training sessions on cybersecurity topics to individuals with varying levels of expertise, including students, professionals, and corporate clients. Adapt training delivery methods and techniques to accommodate different learning styles and preferences. Technical Expertise: Demonstrate expertise in cybersecurity principles, techniques, tools, and technologies, including but not limited to intrusion detection systems, penetration testing, incident response, and vulnerability assessment. Stay updated on the latest cybersecurity trends, threats, and advancements, and incorporate relevant information into training materials and sessions. Assessment and Evaluation: Develop assessment methods to evaluate participants' comprehension and retention of cybersecurity concepts and skills. Provide constructive feedback to participants to help them improve their performance and proficiency in cybersecurity. Consultation and Support: Provide guidance and support to participants on cybersecurity-related projects, challenges, and career development opportunities. Offer consultancy services to organizations seeking advice on enhancing their cybersecurity posture and practices. Collaboration and Networking : Collaborate with internal teams, subject matter experts, and industry professionals to ensure the accuracy, relevance, and effectiveness of training programs. Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions, professional associations, and industry partners to promote cybersecurity training initiatives and opportunities. Qualifications: Master's degree (M.E/M.Tech/M.Sc) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or a related field. B.Tech Degree in related domain with 0-3 years of experience. Industry-recognized certifications such as CISSP, CEH or equivalent will be additional strength. Proven experience in cybersecurity roles, with a minimum of 0-3 years of hands-on experience in areas such as network security, ethical hacking, cryptography, etc. Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner. Experience in curriculum development, instructional design, and training delivery, preferably in a cybersecurity training environment. Excellent problem-solving skills, critical thinking abilities, and attention to detail. Passion for continuous learning and professional development in the field of cybersecurity. Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Additional Information: This position may require occasional travel to deliver training sessions or attend conferences, seminars, and industry events.
