About the Role

Algomill is looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to lead visual storytelling across Hola Prime — a fast-growing global prop trading brand powered by Algomill.

This role is perfect for a designer who understands both performance and personality — someone who can craft ads that convert, socials that stop the scroll, and visuals that build trust at scale.

If you have a sharp eye, a strong sense of brand aesthetics, and the ability to design for multiple touchpoints — from Meta ads to YouTube intros — we’d love to talk to you.

What You’ll Work On (Hola Prime)

● Someone who has Mastered the art of using AI tools to create Graphics along with Figma and Adobe Creative Suite.

● Social media content including carousels, reels layouts, and community posts, Blog Images.

● Emailers, PR creatives, and brand decks for global outreach

● YouTube thumbnails, video intros, and support graphics for video teams

● Maintain and evolve the Hola Prime visual identity system across all channels

● Meta & Google Ads with sharp messaging and high-conversion design

● Collaborate closely with content, marketing, and video production teams.

Who You Are

● 5+ years of experience in graphic design (agency or in-house)

● Strong portfolio showing, AI Creatives, paid ad creatives, social content, and brand work

● Well-versed in design tools: Figma, Adobe Creative Suite - Photoshop, Illustrator, Premier Pro, After Effect, Canva

● Comfortable with fast-paced execution and iterative design

● Bonus: experience with motion graphics, basic video editing, or designing for the finance or influencer space.

● Big Bonus: If you have knowledge of the Fintech, specially Trading.
