Requirements ● 2+ years of experience in live production (e.g., live streaming, news studio, events) ● Expertise in live switching, overlays, audio/video setup & control ● Strong video editing skills, especially for social-first content formats ● Familiar with Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Stories ● Excellent multitasking, communication, and troubleshooting skills ● Independent, proactive, and comfortable working night shifts Job Type: Full-time Pay: ₹600,000.00 - ₹1,400,000.00 per year Benefits: Health insurance Provident Fund Schedule: Monday to Friday Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Quarterly bonus Ability to commute/relocate: Mohali, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required) Location: Mohali, Punjab (Required)
