Senior Graphic Designer

Skillmount Education Pvt Ltd is expanding our creative team! We are looking for a talented and experienced Senior Graphic Designer with strong branding expertise and proven experience in a creative/branding agency. As a Senior Graphic Designer at Skillmount, you will lead our visual design initiatives, develop high-quality creatives for digital and print platforms, and ensure consistent brand identity across all projects. You will collaborate closely with the content, marketing, and video teams to deliver visually compelling and impactful designs for Skillmount and its associated projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop creative concepts and design assets for branding, marketing campaigns, social media, presentations, and print materials.
• Lead the visual direction of projects, ensuring brand consistency and design excellence.
• Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to understand requirements and produce impactful designs.
• Review and refine the work of junior designers; provide guidance and design direction.
• Create motion graphics, illustrations, and UI elements when required.
• Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines while maintaining high design standards.
• Stay updated with current design trends, tools, and best practices.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to bring fresh ideas and creative solutions.
• Minimum 4–6 years of experience in a branding agency or creative agency (mandatory).
• Strong expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere/After Effects preferred).
• Experience in digital design, branding, social media creatives, and print layouts.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign; After Effects/Premiere preferred).
• Excellent understanding of typography, colour theory, layout design, and visual communication principles.
• Ability to lead design projects independently and manage a small creative team.
• Strong communication, presentation, and project management skills

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
