Role Summary

Talent Acquisition professional

Key Responsibilities

Manage the
entire recruitment lifecycle
from sourcing to onboarding.
Handle
bulk hiring
requirements across multiple functions and locations.
Plan and execute
campus hiring drives
and build strong relationships with colleges/universities.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, and networking.
Conduct initial screening, shortlisting, and scheduling of interviews.
Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and deliver timely hiring results.
Maintain and update recruitment dashboards, MIS reports, and candidate databases.
Ensure a
positive candidate experience
throughout the hiring process.
Support employer branding initiatives to attract quality talent.

Candidate Requirements

Minimum
3 years of experience
in
Talent Acquisition / Recruitment
.
Prior experience in
Retail or FMCG sector
preferred.
Strong exposure to
bulk hiring and campus hiring
.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple hiring mandates simultaneously.
Proficiency in using
ATS systems
, MS Office, and job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.).

Preferred Attributes

Energetic and target-driven HR professional with strong networking skills.
Strategic thinker with hands-on execution capability.
Immediate joiners (Notice Period:
0–15 Days
) preferred.
