Role Summary

Senior Executive – Visual Merchandising

Key Responsibilities

1. Visual Merchandising Execution

• Implement and maintain

  brand VM standards

  across all stores.
• Ensure timely setup of

  windows, focal points, counters, and signage

  .
• Coordinate and execute

  store launches, festivals, events, and seasonal VM campaigns

  .
• Oversee

  installation and dismantling

  of in-store displays to ensure consistency and quality.

2. Calendar Planning & Rollout

• Support the

  monthly, quarterly, and annual VM calendar

  rollout.
• Ensure all

  promotional and thematic displays

  align with the marketing calendar.
• Assist in

  concept development

  for new collection launches, festive themes, and special occasions.

3. Store-Level VM Audits

• Conduct regular

  VM audits

  to ensure brand standards are consistently met.
• Provide

  constructive feedback

  and VM training support to store staff.
• Monitor

  competitor displays and market trends

  to identify areas for innovation.

4. Stakeholder Coordination

• Collaborate closely with

  Retail, Marketing, Operations, and Store Managers

  for seamless VM execution.
• Coordinate with

  design and fabrication vendors

  to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables.

5. Inventory & Material Management

• Maintain and track

  inventory of VM props, mannequins, signage, and branding material

  .
• Manage

  procurement, stock updates, and safe storage

  of VM tools and materials.

Desired Skills & Attributes

• Strong design sense with an eye for

  aesthetics, color, and detail

  .
• Proficiency in

  Adobe Creative Suite, CorelDraw, or SketchUp

  (preferred).
• Excellent

  organizational, multitasking, and time management skills

  .
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  
• Experience in

  luxury retail or jewellery

  visual merchandising preferred.
