Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Visual Merchandising Execution

Implement visual merchandising guidelines and seasonal campaigns across assigned stores.
Ensure that windows, in-store displays, mannequins, and product presentations reflect brand standards.
Adapt global VM directives to suit store layouts and customer profiles.
Maintain store layouts and ensure proper product zoning, density, and focal points.

2. Store Visits & Audits

Conduct regular store visits to assess and improve visual presentation quality.
Provide feedback, coaching, and training to store teams on VM standards.
Audit compliance with planograms and brand guidelines, documenting issues and corrective actions.

3. Coordination & Communication

Act as the key liaison between the regional VM team and store operations.
Coordinate with Store Managers, Area Managers, and Marketing teams to plan and execute launches, events, and promotions.
Communicate effectively on new directives, product launches, and seasonal updates.

4. Training & Team Development

Train store teams on visual merchandising techniques, display maintenance, and brand presentation.
Support the development of in-store VM Champions to ensure daily upkeep.

5. Reporting & Analysis

Prepare visual reports with photos and feedback after each store visit.
Analyze store performance linked to visual changes and recommend improvements.
Track competitor activities and provide insights on trends and opportunities
