Role Overview As an E-commerce Customer Care Executive , you will serve as the voice of our brand, providing seamless support to online customers. You will be responsible for resolving queries, managing returns/refunds, coordinating with internal teams like warehouse and logistics, confirming COD orders, and occasionally engaging potential high-value customers to improve conversions. Your communication must reflect empathy, brand sensitivity, and clarity, both over phone and email.
