Qualifications & Skills/What You Need • A degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Visual Merchandising, or Retail Design. • 6+ years of experience in store design and/or visual merchandising, ideally in lifestyle, pet care, or home retail. • A strong portfolio of work that blends aesthetics, functionality, and emotional impact. • Proficiency in design tools like AutoCAD, SketchUp, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite. • An understanding of pet parents and a love for animals—because our customers can sense when it’s real. • Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills. • Willingness to travel across cities for store visits, rollouts, and training.
