Position: E-Commerce Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Product Listing & Catalog Management

• Upload, manage, and update product listings across platforms (brand website, marketplaces like Amazon, Flipkart, etc.).

• Ensure all listings include high-quality images, accurate product details, descriptions, pricing, and SEO-friendly tags.

• Regularly audit listings to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Category Management

• Manage product categorization for easy navigation and improved customer experience.

• Optimize category structure and filters based on sales trends, customer behavior, and product attributes.

• Work with merchandising and marketing teams to highlight seasonal and trending categories.

Inventory & Price Coordination

• Coordinate with warehouse and inventory teams to ensure stock accuracy across platforms.

• Maintain updated pricing, promotions, and discount campaigns in line with marketing plans.

Platform Performance Monitoring

• Track product and category performance metrics such as clicks, conversions, CTR, and sales.

• Prepare regular reports to highlight trends and suggest improvements for growth.

Cross-functional Collaboration

• Work closely with the design, marketing, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless E-commerce operations.

• Support online campaigns, product launches, and promotional activities.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum

  2 - 3 years of experience

  in E-commerce Operations, especially product listing and category management.

• Hands-on experience with CMS/e-commerce platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento, etc.).

• Strong understanding of SEO basics for e-commerce, product data structuring, and user experience.

• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for bulk uploads, catalog analysis, and inventory tracking.

• Experience with luxury, fashion, or jewellery category preferred.
