The ideal candidate will be responsible for product listing, handling customer inquiries, monitoring sales, ensuring timely follow-ups, and assisting in basic store design and updates. Key Responsibilities: 🛒 Product Listing & Catalog ManagementCreate, update, and manage product listings on Shopify with accurate titles, descriptions, images, and tags. Ensure proper categorization, SEO optimization, and pricing. Manage inventory updates and product variations. 📈 Sales Monitoring & ReportingTrack daily sales and generate performance reports. Identify trends, best-selling products, and areas for improvement. Coordinate with marketing and fulfillment teams to boost sales performance. 💬 Customer Inquiry & SupportRespond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, or Shopify inbox. Resolve basic issues and escalate complex ones to the appropriate departments. Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction and professionalism. 🔁 Follow-Up & Order ManagementEnsure timely follow-up on abandoned carts, pending payments, or delivery issues. Coordinate with logistics and support teams to track order fulfillment. Maintain communication with customers until resolution or completion. 🎨 Store Design & UpdatesCollaborate with the design team to maintain and update the store's look and feel. Add promotional banners, seasonal themes, and homepage content as needed. Ensure the store is mobile-friendly and user-friendly.

Manage discount offers, festive campaigns, and homepage updates . Monitor SEO, Google Analytics, and website traffic to improve online visibility. Collaborate with designers for new visuals and with marketing for ad campaigns. Preferred Candidate Profile Bachelors degree in Marketing, E-commerce, or related field. Hands-on experience with Shopify (mandatory). Knowledge of product listing, order management, and website analytics . Familiar with digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.) is an advantage. Good communication skills and ability to handle customer queries confidently. Strong attention to detail, creativity, and understanding of online sales. Minimum 1–3 years of experience in managing an e-commerce website preferred.
