Job Description

We are looking for a responsible and proactive Office Boy / Office Girl to support our daily office operations and ensure a clean, organized, and efficient work environment. The ideal candidate should be punctual, reliable, and able to handle a variety of administrative and housekeeping tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the office premises, including workstations, meeting rooms, and pantry.
Serve refreshments (tea/coffee/water) to staff and visitors as needed.
Handle basic office errands such as photocopying, scanning, filing, and courier deliveries.
Assist in managing office supplies and report when inventory needs replenishment.
Support administrative staff with routine tasks and event preparations.
Ensure proper upkeep of office equipment and report any issues promptly.
Greet and assist visitors politely and professionally.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

High school education or equivalent.
Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and complete tasks efficiently.
Basic understanding of office etiquette.
Honest, disciplined, and service-oriented attitude.
