E Commerce Executive

Role & Responsibilities:

• Update order and stock status consistently to maintain accurate records
• Arrange and manage stock, perform inventory checks, and report stock levels
• Handle returns by updating inward stock, ensuring items are logged and organized correctly
• Coordinate with warehouses and logistics partners
• Liaise with vendors to ensure timely delivery and restocking
• Address and resolve supplier issues
• Ensure resolution of queries related to delivery, returns, or refunds
• Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, including GST, packaging norms, and platform policies
• Resolve customer queries related to orders, shipping, returns, and product details.
• Coordinate with courier partners for pickup, delivery, delays, RTO, NDR.
• Coordinate and follow up with the team to ensure timely execution of all tasks.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor s degree in Business or a related field.
• Experience in managing e-commerce platforms preferred
• Experience in backend operations on Shopify - orders, products, customers, discount codes, collections.
• Experience in Shiprocket / Eshipz / Bluderart for shipments, tracking & assigning couriers.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and trends.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
