Product Product knowledge: 1s interested in fashion, understands the collections in Depth, can carry out commercial analyses and provides the managers with relevant feedback. Understands how to conduct a competitor analysis and shares their input with managers. Is aware of store sales performance and effectively communicates it to the team. Fitting rooms: Organises the merchandise and returns it to the shop floor quickly and accurately. Trains team members while making sure security procedures are carried out correctly. Customer service: Ensures high standards of customer service are provided in the store, is always willing to help and solves issues involving customers. iPods: Drives additional sales via iPods and contributes to creating a complete omnichannel experience for the customers Processes Effectively manages and participates in the delivery process and stockroom organisation. Shrinkage and Security: Knows and applies all internal procedures to control shrinkage and supervises inventories and applies all the necessary action plans to ensure the Company's objectives. Supports the managers in all the operations processes in store Train team members while making sure these are carried out correctly. Supports the managers in the appropriate use of RFID technology in all store processes and helps with the correct organisation and operation of Online and SIMT orders.
