Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist - Campus Hiring

Experience: 2-5 years (MBA HR preferred)

Job Summary:

We’re seeking a proactive Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive campus hiring for DEFTeam Solutions. You’ll build strong relationships with universities & colleges, identify top talent, manage end-to-end recruitment, and foster a culture of learning & growth.

Responsibilities:

- Build & nurture relationships with TPOs, universities, and colleges to source fresh talent.

- Design & execute campus hiring strategies, including job postings, info sessions, and events.

- Screen candidates (aptitude & technical) and coordinate multi-round interviews with panels.

- Manage the offer rollout process; ensure seamless communication with candidates.

- Promote a workplace culture of learning, growth, and collaboration.

- Collaborate with hiring teams to understand requirements and deliver quality hires.

- Maintain recruitment metrics and report on campus hiring progress.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Must-Have: MBA in HR or related field.

- 2-5 years of experience in campus hiring/Talent Acquisition.

- Excellent written & verbal communication; strong interpersonal skills.

- Proficient in MS Office & HR tools (ATS preferred).

- Good behavioural skills; adaptable to a dynamic work culture.

- Experience with screening (aptitude, technical) and interview coordination.

- Passion for building talent pipelines and nurturing campus relationships.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
