Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle – sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates across all levels.
  • Develop and implement innovative sourcing strategies including job portals, LinkedIn, consultancies, employee referrals, and campus hiring.
  • Partner with functional heads to understand job requirements, role specifications, and skill expectations.
  • Maintain strong candidate pipelines for critical positions and future manpower planning.
  • Conduct reference checks, salary negotiations, and issue offer letters as per company policy.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding and induction of new hires.
  • Maintain updated recruitment dashboards and MIS reports for management review.
  • Ensure all hiring processes comply with statutory regulations and company HR policies.
  • Drive employer branding initiatives and ensure positive candidate experience.
  • Follow company protocols:
  • - Maintain confidentiality of internal and financial information.
  • - Strictly avoid favoritism, bribes, or personal favors in hiring decisions.
  • - Ensure professionalism in all communications with candidates and stakeholders.
  • - Adhere to compliance, discipline, and ethical business practices as per EON culture.

Desired Skills & Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 4–6 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the elevator, construction, or engineering industry.
  • Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques, recruitment tools, and HR best practices.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to handle high-volume hiring and work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

  • Average time-to-fill a position.
  • Offer-to-joining conversion ratio.
  • Quality of hire (measured by retention in probation and manager feedback).
  • Cost per hire.
  • Recruitment process compliance (100% adherence).
