Talent Acquisition Specialist

Role Overview: You will be responsible for owning the non-tech hiring engine across Sales, Partnerships, CX, Marketing, Finance, Operations, and more at GoKwik. Your focus will be on ensuring speed, quality, and predictable closures in the hiring process. This role requires a high level of accountability, structured thinking, and a strong execution mindset. Key Responsibilities: - Run full-cycle hiring for non-tech roles with clear ownership and velocity - Build and manage high-quality talent pipelines through sourcing and outbound methods - Conduct structured interview loops with scorecards and evaluation rigor - Act as a strategic advisor to hiring managers rather than just a coordinator - Manage offer rollouts, negotiations, candidate experience, and funnel reporting effectively Qualifications Required: - 2 - 4 years of experience in Talent Acquisition or Sales/Ownership-led roles with a focus on driving measurable outcomes - Possess a strong hunting mindset to identify, chase, and convert the right talent - Ability to navigate tough conversations, handle objections, and close decisions through influence and data - Excellent communication skills to negotiate, build trust, and align with multiple stakeholders - Highly organized, structured, data-driven, and capable of managing multiple parallel pipelines efficiently Additional Company Details (if present): At GoKwik, you will play a crucial role in building teams that power the growth OS for 15,000+ global merchants.
