  1. Talent

    Acquisition

    Strategy

    :
    • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract skilled talent, aligned with the organizations short and long-term business needs.
    • Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future vacancies across various departments, including operations, engineering, and management roles.
  2. Sourcing and Recruiting

    :
    • Utilize multiple recruitment channels such as job portals, social media, industry networks, and recruitment agencies to source high-quality candidates.
    • Conduct initial screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate candidates' technical skills and cultural fit.
    • Oversee recruitment for critical positions including engineers, plant workers, supervisors, and technical specialists.
  3. Collaboration and Stakeholder Management

    :
    • Work closely with department heads to understand staffing requirements and define ideal candidate profiles.
    • Partner with HR and hiring managers to ensure recruitment processes are streamlined and effective.
    • Act as a trusted advisor to leadership on market trends, salary benchmarks, and candidate expectations.
  4. Employer Branding

    :
    • Enhance the company’s employer brand within the steel industry by participating in job fairs, industry conferences, and recruitment events.
    • Develop content and campaigns that position the company as an employer of choice.
  5. Compliance and Reporting

    :
    • Ensure that all recruitment processes comply with labor laws, industry regulations, and company policies.
    • Track and report key recruitment metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, and offer acceptance rates.
    • Maintain accurate records of candidate data, interview feedback, and recruitment progress in the applicant tracking system (ATS).
  6. Leadership and Team Management

    :
    • Lead and mentor a team of recruitment professionals, providing guidance, training, and support to achieve hiring goals.
    • Foster a collaborative team culture focused on continuous improvement and innovation in recruitment processes.
