Key Responsibilities Recruitment & Sourcing Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and create job descriptions. Source candidates through multiple channels: LinkedIn, job portals, social media, referrals, and networking. Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates. Candidate Experience & Engagement Ensure a smooth and positive experience for candidates throughout the recruitment lifecycle. Schedule interviews, provide timely feedback, and manage candidate communications. Promote the company’s employer brand to attract high-quality talent. Recruitment Strategy & Reporting Develop innovative recruitment strategies to attract diverse and high-performing talent. Track recruitment metrics such as time-to-fill, quality-of-hire, and candidate satisfaction. Analyse recruitment trends and recommend process improvements. Collaboration & Stakeholder Management Work closely with HR and department heads to forecast hiring needs. Assist with onboarding processes for new hires. Maintain strong relationships with hiring managers and internal stakeholders. Compliance & Documentation Ensure recruitment practices comply with Singapore employment laws and internal policies. Maintain accurate candidate and recruitment records. Support HR initiatives related to workforce planning and talent acquisition. Requirements Education & Experience Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or related field. 2–5 years of experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR. Experience in tech, finance, or consulting industries is a plus. Skills & Competencies Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) and recruitment platforms. Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities efficiently. Highly organised, detail-oriented, and proactive.
