With this acquisition, GoKwik aims to provide a seamless, frictionless returns experience, covering the entire shopping journey from initiation to successful return, further solidifying its position as a holistic e-commerce enablement partner. Who Are We Looking For We’re looking for a trend-obsessed, camera-comfy, script-cracking Social Media Creator to help take our brand from 🔥 to 🚀. This is not a role for someone who just schedules posts or writes basic captions. We want someone who thinks in Reels, smells trends before they peak, and knows how to turn brand messaging into high-performing content. You’ll ideate, script, shoot, be on camera, engage with posts and collaborate with design and brand teams to create scroll-stopping content across platforms—especially Instagram, LinkedIn and X. You’ll play a key role in building GoKwik’s social voice, driving engagement, growing our audience, and ultimately building brand love. What You’ll Do Work closely with the Brand Lead to own social content creation across Instagram, LinkedIn, and other platforms Write sharp scripts, shoot and edit reels, and create thumb-stopping static, video, and carousel content Jump on viral trends early, and plug them into the GoKwik narrative in a meaningful, brand-relevant way Ideate and execute creative campaigns for product drops, updates, launches, and brand moments Hook viewers in the first 5 seconds—whether through video intros or static creatives Write crisp copy and CTAs for social posts, Reels, videos, carousels, memes, and more Assist with building the personal brands of GoKwik’s leadership team through trend-savvy, engaging content Work cross-functionally with the design team, product marketers, and the larger brand team to roll out campaigns on time Keep track of performance metrics such as engagement rate, reach, saves, and follower growth—and use those insights to refine content strategy We’re Excited About You If You Have: 1–3 years of experience in social-first content creation (or a viral portfolio that speaks for itself) Deep understanding of Instagram (especially Reels), LinkedIn trends, and digital storytelling formats Experience writing and editing for video (you’re script-first and story-driven) Confidence being in front of the camera A trend-sniffing instinct—you’re always the first in your group to spot the next viral wave A flair for combining information + entertainment (infotainment is your love language) Strong ownership mindset—you take initiative, follow through, and don’t need hand-holding High intent and ambition—you’re hungry to build something meaningful and take pride in your craft Bonus: Video editing skills The pace of our growth is incredible.
