Partner with business leaders and hiring managers to understand workforce planning, skills gaps, and long-term talent needs. Build talent acquisition strategies aligned with business priorities, employer branding, and industry best practices. Act as a strategic advisor on market trends, salary benchmarks, and competitive intelligence.
Manage end-to-end recruitment for leadership, niche, and high-volume roles. Leverage AI-powered sourcing tools, chatbots, and resume-screening platforms (e.g. HRIS ATS, LinkedIn AI tools) to enhance efficiency. Create innovative sourcing strategies including social recruiting, talent communities, and campus hiring pipelines. Focus on DEI hiring initiatives to ensure inclusive and diverse talent pools.
Utilize AI-driven ATS/HRIS systems to optimize candidate screening, reduce time-to-fill, and eliminate manual tasks. Implement predictive hiring analytics to assess candidate success and cultural fit. Ensure a seamless candidate journey from application to onboarding, using personalized and automated communication touchpoints. Enhance employer branding through social media campaigns, virtual hiring events, and employee advocacy programs. Use video interviews, gamified assessments, and skills-based evaluation platforms to improve candidate engagement.
Monitor and report on key TA metrics: Time-to-Fill, Cost-per-Hire, Offer-to-Join ratio, Diversity metrics. Use real-time dashboards and predictive insights to recommend process improvements. Build hiring models to forecast demand and proactively build pipelines for future roles.
Experiment with Generative AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini, Grok) for job descriptions, candidate engagement, and interview preparation. Stay updated on global TA trends: skills-based hiring, remote/hybrid workforce models, internal talent mobility, and AI-augmented interviewing. Lead change management initiatives to upskill TA team members in automation, analytics, and next-gen recruitment practices.
MBA / Masters in Human Resources or related field. 5–8 years of progressive experience in Talent Acquisition, with at least 3 years in a senior/strategic role. Strong knowledge of ATS, HRIS, and AI-powered recruitment platforms. Proven track record of hiring across diverse roles (tech, business, leadership). Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills. Analytical mindset with ability to use data for decision-making. Exposure to employer branding, recruitment marketing, and digital sourcing strategies.
