Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Mentor in Crypto, Blockchain, and Web3 at Delta International Institute in Kottakkal. The Mentor will be responsible for providing guidance and mentorship through both offline and online sessions. Day-to-day tasks include conducting one-on-one and group sessions, developing educational materials, staying updated with industry trends, and helping students navigate and succeed in the financial markets. Qualifications Extensive knowledge in Crypto, Blockchain, and Web3 technologies Experience with trading and financial markets, particularly in generating passive income Strong mentorship and instructional skills, with the ability to tailor sessions to individual needs Excellent communication skills and ability to explain complex concepts simply Proficiency in both online and offline educational settings Ability to stay current with industry trends and integrate new knowledge into sessions Experience with educational software and tools Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Computer Science, or related field Prior experience in a mentoring or teaching role is beneficial Flexibility to adapt to various schedules and student needs

The Quality Assurance Specialist will be responsible for overseeing and maintaining quality control processes and ensuring compliance with quality standards. Key tasks include performing quality audits, managing quality assurance programs, and implementing Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). The specialist will regularly monitor operations, document findings, and recommend improvements to support continuous quality enhancement. Qualifications Skills in Quality Control, Quality Assurance, and Quality Management Strong attention to detail and analytical skills Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities Ability to work independently and remotely Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred) Relevant certifications in Quality Assurance or Quality Management are a plus
