Role Description

HR - Recruitment Specialist cum Performance Manager.

Key responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

• Manage the full recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and deliver quality hires within timelines.
• Build a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process.

Performance Management & HR Development

• Design and oversee performance appraisal systems to ensure fair and transparent evaluations.
• Work with managers to set clear KPIs, goals, and development plans for employees.
• Identify training needs and coordinate learning & development initiatives.
• Monitor employee performance, engagement, and productivity, providing insights and recommendations to leadership.
• Drive employee recognition programs to encourage high performance and retention.

Qualifications

• Experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
• Strong Communication skills in English and Malayalam
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
