Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for an Academic Admin. The Academic Admin will be responsible for managing student records, organizing and scheduling sessions, coordinating with tutors, and addressing student inquiries. Additional tasks include maintaining the academic calendar, ensuring compliance with institutional policies, and supporting the administration in daily operations.

Qualifications

• Experience in academic administration and student record management
• Strong organizational and scheduling skills
• excellent communication skills in English and Malayalam
• Ability to coordinate with tutors and address student inquiries effectively
• Knowledge of institutional policies and compliance requirements
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or related field
• Experience in financial markets or related fields is advantageous
