About Us

We are a growing educational institute dedicated to helping students achieve academic excellence. We are looking for a smart, organized, and friendly Admin Coordinator who can manage daily operations and ensure smooth communication between students, parents, and teachers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle student & parent inquiries (online + offline).
  • Manage class schedules, attendance, and records.
  • Collect and track fees; maintain proper payment reports.
  • Coordinate with teachers and provide administrative support.
  • Manage WhatsApp groups, calls, and messages.
  • Update social media pages and share announcements.
  • Assist with events, exams, and marketing activities.

Required Skills

  • Good communication & problem-solving skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel / Google Sheets).
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Familiarity with social media (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp).
  • Prior experience in an educational institute is a plus but not mandatory.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹13,000.00 per month
