Role Description

This is a full-time work from home role for a Talent Acquisition Specialist located in Dubai. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will be responsible for managing the full-life cycle of the recruitment process, from identifying potential candidates to hiring. They will handle interviewing and ensuring a positive and engaging employer brand. Daily tasks will include sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, coordinating hiring processes, and collaborating with hiring managers to meet the organization's staffing needs.

Qualifications

• Experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting
• Skills in Hiring and Interviewing
• Proficiency in Employer Branding
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of recruitment best practices and trends
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the education or financial sector is a plus
