Strong experience in C2H hiring and converting contractors to FTE . Proven expertise in client handling , requirement intake, and regular coordination. Hands-on experience in vendor management and managing multiple partner agencies. Ability to manage end-to-end recruitment cycle – sourcing, screening, scheduling & closures. Experience working in a fast-paced environment with aggressive hiring targets. Strong stakeholder management and negotiation skills. Excellent communication skills (written & verbal). Ability to handle multiple roles, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines. Knowledge of hiring tools, job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn), and ATS systems.
