Roles & Responsibilities Talent Acquisition (BPO)

Manage end-to-end recruitment for BPO roles, including bulk and lateral hiring.
Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and vendor partnerships.
Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic or virtual interviews.
Coordinate interviews with operations and ensure timely feedback closure.
Manage candidate communication, offer rollouts, and joining formalities.
Maintain hiring trackers, MIS reports, and recruitment documentation.
Ensure adherence to client-specific hiring guidelines and compliance norms.
Support onboarding and ensure smooth handover to HR/operations teams.
