About the Role

Sr. Manager Recruitment/ Team Lead / Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage end-to-end recruitment processes for BFSI / NBFC mandates.
Manage
P&L responsibility
for the recruitment vertical, ensuring revenue and profitability targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
Develop hiring strategies and workforce plans based on business needs.
Lead and mentor a team of recruiters to achieve performance goals.
Drive process optimization, talent mapping, and market research.
Ensure timely closure of positions with high-quality hiring standards.
Create and monitor recruitment dashboards, reporting, and KPIs.
Manage escalations and provide strategic solutions for client needs.

Required Candidate Profile

Minimum 15 years of recruitment experience (SR. Manager)
, specifically in the
BFSI / NBFC domain
(mandatory).
Minimum 4 years of recruitment experience (Team Lead), Specifically in the BFSI/NBFC Domain.
Minimum 2 years of experience (Recruiter), Specifically in the BFSI/ NBFC/ Domain.
Strong exposure to leadership hiring & volume hiring within BFSI / NBFC.
Proven success in
P&L handling, client management, and team leadership
.
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work under pressure and manage diverse recruitment requirements.
Strong analytical and strategic planning skills.
