Key responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

• Manage the full recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
• Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and networking.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand manpower requirements and deliver quality hires within timelines.
• Build a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process.

Qualifications

• Must have 2-3 years of experience into recruitment
• Strong Communication skills in English and Malayalam
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
