Hiring: HR Recruiter
Location: Dwarka Sector 10, New Delhi

Role Overview

We are looking for an HR Recruiter with experience in support function hiring across Retail / IT / Non-IT. Candidate must have excellent communication skills and a proven track record in recruitment.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding).
• Focus on support function hiring in Retail / IT / Non-IT.
• Build strong candidate pipelines via job portals, social media, referrals, etc.
• Coordinate with hiring managers and ensure timely closures.
• Maintain recruitment reports and MIS.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of relevant experience in recruitment.
• Strong sourcing and networking skills.
• Excellent communication skills (must).
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Graduate/Postgraduate in HR or related field preferred.
